During the recent Wizard World Portland event from 2/19 until 2/21, Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- and BlazBlue Chronophantasma EXTEND were part of a $10,000 prize pool gaming tournament!
Wizard World has been steadily increasing their gaming programming at Wizard World events, and this tournament is only the first of many to come.
The event was a huge success for both Wizard World and Arc System Works fighting game fans alike, with over ten thousand gamers tuning in live to the official Wizard World Gaming Twitch channel over the course of the tournament. Huge congrats to the winners of the tournaments for both Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- and BlazBlue: Chronophantasma EXTEND!
